This Page is about both the Father and Mother, and its where I put down my thoughts on them.
Wait, but didn't President Hinckley and hasn't every body since said don't talk about both of them, only talk about the Father? Well, yes and no, I don't think they stated we can't speak of her, or talk of her but only they where very uncomfortable with the prayers to Heavenly Mother in Substitution For prayers to the father. I sincerely don't believe they don't want us to find out more about her, they just took things literally, in scriptures that we don't know at times are fully correct, and where specifically addressing the issue to them of praying to Heavenly Mother, which of course is what is not found in the scriptures as currently constituted.
As far as I'm concerned they offered council, they gave their advice. And I certainly don't advise a person to pray to Heavenly Mother, I just invite a person to include her in our prayers to him.
This is a page for my thoughts, about how we can include her, in our worship of him. I don't take it for granted that she is already there, she very well may be or she may not be. I just see this as my opportunity to include her daily in my worship of my Father in Heaven.

I could go long before saying something like this publicly: Let us Fast and Pray for revelation, and our hearts to be softened on this idea of Heavenly Mother, and for us to know her. As Jena at Like unto Eve stated the worst we can get from the Lord is "Now is not the time" and me personally if we get that, I would believe that answer isn't from the Lord, the Lord is simply her messenger, I would believe that it is from her and she is saying "My dear children I love you, but now isn't the time." But I certainly do not believe that will happen.
Even Joseph Smith stated that we should come to a true understanding of the Nature of God. We can not until we know of God the Mother, our female identity. Here is a challenge. Join the Mother fast.
As for me, I am fasting text messages during church. I have a terrible bad sense of the texting bug, and it helps me keep in touch with my fiance while we are in a long distance engagement. I feel though if I put that aside for just three hours, that it is a suitable fast. I can't fast from food, so this is as creative as I can get, and it makes it a little easier being in Church not texting at all. I also offer a sincere heart to him.

Symbols of our Mother in Heaven:
1) The Moon: It is constantly there, during the day and night, It is a constant beside our Planet, just as Mother is always constantly there, patiently guiding, and waiting for her children to take a break from admiring the Father and admire her from time to time. Too much of the Father, can destroy things, just as when men are alone and there are too much testosterone, things don't go very well, wars happen, domination occurs, but if we balanced our life, with knowing there is a balance of Men and Women, then we can see the night is time for rejuvenation, and Women have always taken times to rejuvenate themselves, where as Men, just like the sun, very rarely do that, and tend to burn themselves out. As the Sun will eventually burn itself out. Yet the Moon is always there, during the Day, the Night, just as the Sun is always there, the reflection of the Sunlight off the moons surface to me, if we put it with in the Scope of the idea of Heavenly Father and Mother, is that the Mother wants to always show that the Father cares, even when we can't see him, and the fact that the moon is there even during the daylight, shows me that even if all we really are is blinded by the sunlight, Mother is there, alerting us to the fact that it will be night time soon, a time to rejuvenate, a time when we can see her more clearly.
2) Baptismal Water: Baptism is a symbol of rebirth, it is like going into the Mother's womb again, this time its Father that is over the ordinance, but the ordinance of Rebirth is a very real testament to Women and the power of women. In fact this is probably the only ordinance I truly believe should be in the Hands of men, so they can get that Rebirth experience, I feel though it would be appropriate and should be, to stop the prohibition on women being official witnesses, The Courts of Law allow women witnesses, so the courts of law wouldn't mind if a woman is an official witness to a baptism. (Touchy subject for me, I want to be a witness, officially on record, to my future children's baptism, as my Husband gets to be a witness to my future children's births and in fact that brings up another subject, we should treat Birth as an ordinance in the Church with the Mother presiding over it, and the Father as an official witness, hence why i believe we should treat Baptism as the father presiding over it, and Mother as an official witness, and both Men and Women should be in the baby blessing circle, Women should be able to give a mother's blessing to their children, the fact that there is a prohibition on this seems to me as very shortsighted).
3) The House of the Lord as a symbol of her: When we think of home, is it complete without a mother? How then is the Temple complete without here there? Well maybe it is complete we just haven't thought of it correctly, The Temple itself being a symbol of her, that she is there protecting us, giving us shelter, yeah I know this flies right in the face of the prophets and the whole "Men preside and protect" thing, but what if since we reject her ruling over us, that she uses the symbols of Water, Temple, and the ordinances where in to tell us that she is there? This is purely speculative, but until I get a better thought, when I go to the Temple, I am going to my Mother's and Father's house. Not just his house.
4) Being Stewards over the Land as a symbol of her: Being stewards over the earth and helping things grow and working with in the seasons to grow things and to take a break from growing things reminds me of Mother. Why? Because I think that she has power over this earth and its seasons. A large part of a woman's life is cycle based, and so this female aspect of seasons and weather cycles remind's me of her, as well as helping things to grow is a symbol of her.
Now this one is also given to men, so I think it's a symbol of him too, because the Sun helps things to grow as well. And we must have a balance in this, and if there is not, things will not grow well, or not grow at all.
